Caramel Scrolls
Ingredients
- 1/2 can Top 'n' Fill Caramel, or similar
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1/2 cup sultanas
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper
- Spread the caramel over the pastry and then sprinkle with sultanas
- Roll up tightly to form a Swiss roll and the cut crosswise in 3cm thick scrolls
- Place the scrolls cut-side up on the baking tray, allowing room for spreading
- Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes, and then transfer to a rack to cool
