Caramel Scrolls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can Top 'n' Fill Caramel, or similar
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup sultanas

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper
  2. Spread the caramel over the pastry and then sprinkle with sultanas
  3. Roll up tightly to form a Swiss roll and the cut crosswise in 3cm thick scrolls
  4. Place the scrolls cut-side up on the baking tray, allowing room for spreading
  5. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes, and then transfer to a rack to cool
