Chunky Dip Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 5 eggs
- 1 tub (150g) Basil & Cashew Chunky Dip
- 100g grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the over to 180C
- Line a 25cm quiche dish with baking paper and cover with the pasty
- In a bowl beat the eggs well. Stir in the dip and half the cheddar.
- Pour the filling into the quiche dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheddar and season to taste
- Bake for 30 minutes or until set
