Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 500g beef strips
  • 1 packet beef stroganoff seasoning
  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced

Directions

  1. Lightly brown the beed in a nonstick frying pan
  2. Add the seasoning with 1 cup of water and simmer for 1 hour
  3. Stir in the cream cheese until a nice smooth sauce results
  4. Add the mushrooms and simmer for a further 10 minutes before serving
