Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 500g beef strips
- 1 packet beef stroganoff seasoning
- 250g cream cheese, softened
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
Directions
- Lightly brown the beed in a nonstick frying pan
- Add the seasoning with 1 cup of water and simmer for 1 hour
- Stir in the cream cheese until a nice smooth sauce results
- Add the mushrooms and simmer for a further 10 minutes before serving
