Chicken & Jarlsberg Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 chicken breast fillets
- 6 slices Jarlsberg cheese
- 1 x 420g can of condensed cream of chicken soup
- 60ml milk
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 160C
- Place the chicken in a 22cm casserole dish and cover with the cheese
- In a small bowl mix together the soup and milk, then pour over the casserole
- Cook in the oven for an hour or until the top is golden brown
