Chicken & Jarlsberg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breast fillets
  • 6 slices Jarlsberg cheese
  • 1 x 420g can of condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 60ml milk

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 160C
  2. Place the chicken in a 22cm casserole dish and cover with the cheese
  3. In a small bowl mix together the soup and milk, then pour over the casserole
  4. Cook in the oven for an hour or until the top is golden brown
