INGREDIENTS
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbs honey
1/4 cup ketjap manis
2 pork fillets (400g in total), halved
METHOD
Heat the oil in a large frypan and cook the pork over medium-high heat, turning, for 4 minutes.
In a small bowl mix the honey and ketjap manis. Glaze the pork continuously for 4 minutes, turning and being careful not to let it burn.
Transfer the pork and juices to a bowl, cover with foil and rest for 3 minutes before serving.
