Little Cheddar Pies
Ingredients
- 2 sheets (200g each) shortcrust pastry
- 4 eggs
- 250ml cream
- 100g grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200C
- Cut twelve 5cm rounds out of the pastry and line the cups
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, and the stir in the cream, 3/4 of the cheese, and salt and pepper to taste
- Divide the mixture evenly amongst the cups and top with the remaining cheddar
- Bake until set, usually 15-20 minutes
