This brings a whole new meaning to staff training...

18 of our staff members were recently convinced to take part in the 22 Pushups for 22 Days Awareness Campaign. Fantastic to see this many volunteer and start a conversation about Post Traumatic Stress Disorder within our Armed Forces.
